We are seeking a talented and experienced Supervisor E-Commerce to join our dynamic team at PT Aroma Prima Livindo. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising the company's e-commerce operations, ensuring we deliver an exceptional online shopping experience for our customers. This is a full-time position based in Cipondoh Banten.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, including inventory management, order fulfilment, and customer service

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and optimise the overall performance of our e-commerce channels

  • Analyse website analytics and customer data to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions

  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve

  • Provide regular reports and recommendations to management on e-commerce performance and strategies

  • Mentor and develop a team of e-commerce specialists to foster a culture of continuous improvement

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in e-commerce management or a related field

  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing e-commerce operations, with a focus on driving sales and improving customer experience

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

PT Aroma Prima Livindo is seeking an experienced Accounting Tax Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our company’s tax compliance and optimizing the efficiency of our financial and tax processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and excellent analytical skills to identify cost-saving opportunities.

 

Tax

  • Oversee end-to-end corporate tax reporting processes.

  • Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of all tax obligations.

  • Analyze the latest tax regulations and develop strategies to optimize the company’s tax burden.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for tax audits and correspondence with tax authorities.

  • Strong knowledge of PPh 21–29 and Article 4 paragraph (2).

  • Perform reconciliations of PPh, VAT, GL, as well as SP2DK and tax audits.

Accounting

  • Prepare monthly and annual financial statement closings.

  • Supervise bank reconciliations.

  • Lead and oversee daily operations of the finance and accounting team.

  • Review purchase invoice submissions and assist in the collection of overdue outstanding invoices.

  • Manage payment processes and prepare weekly cash flow reports.

  • Review stock opname reports, advance realizations, and petty cash.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Taxation from a reputable university.

  • Brevet A and B certifications are required.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Tax Supervisor, Accounting Supervisor, or in a similar role at reputable companies.

  • Proficient in Accurate and the latest Cortax software, and other accounting applications.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and relevant regulations.

  • Deep understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations, with strong analytical skills to identify tax-saving opportunities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Willing to be placed at Green Lake City, Tangerang.
